Our Return Policy
We understand that plans occasionally change. So, at Pack Essentials, we will gladly work with you to process your returns. For orders cancelled prior to their shipping, we will gladly issue a refund for your entire purchase price. After an order has shipped (often the same day), returns will be accepted based with the following conditions and restrictions:

1.	The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer does not refuse delivery of an item, he or she will be responsible for shipping it back to our warehouse.
2.	Orders must be returned to the warehouse from which it was shipped. The return address will be listed on the shipping label. Some orders ship from more than one warehouse. The customer is responsible for returning items to the correct warehouse.
3.	Orders must be returned in full. Partial returns are not accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
4.	Returned items must be in re-saleable condition. Returns containing used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
5.	Returns must be pre-authorized by Pack Essentials. The customer must obtain a "Return Authorization" number by Contacting Us prior to return any merchandise.
6.	Return Authorization numbers must be written in bold marker on each package being returned.
7.	Refunds for returned orders are subject to a deduction for shipping costs and a restocking fee of 10%.
8.	Shipping costs deductions either the actual amount charged for shipping at checkout or $15 per package shipped, whichever is greater.
9.	Customers who fail to comply with these return policies will forfeit their right to any refund.
